Ruby Black Organic Black Tea.
The Red color of the Ruby depicts boldness and fire, and such is the character of Ruby Black Tea- bold and distinct. The pronounced flavor of this tea comes as a result of being both hand rolled and mechanically rolled. This tea is oxidized for 26 hours at 6500 feet elevation.
Making the Ruby Black Tea is a slow process of naturally fermenting the leaves so as to let the polyphenols change to flavonoids until in equal ratio, and then drying the tea to let it mature to precision. Making this tea is a gradual process and hence requires time; but as they say “All good things take time”, the end product is so flavorful and rich that you will term this tea as nothing but the best.
Brews to a fusion of Red amber color. A floral scent of rose and geranium assorted with the smells of tobacco, honey and toasted coffee beans. Fruity and nutty taste of plum, stewed fruit, prune, black fruit and Mirabelle plum
- Brewing Suggestion
Let boiling water cool for 2 minutes. Then pour 8 ounces of water on 1 teaspoon of tea and brew for 3 to 4 minutes. Enjoy plain or with honey and lemon.
