Such a unique name for such a unique tea! The Ruby Pu erh is prepared through the process of post-fermentation. Once the Ruby Black teas get made, they are let to mature for 1 year by keeping inside storage bins or Jute bags under normal high elevation weather conditions to prepare the Ruby Pu erh. The teas are high fired for tasting to check for post fermentation. The additional fermentation of the tea helps to develop a velvety, soft and smooth flavor of the tea.

- Brewing Suggestion
Let boiling water cool for 2 minutes. Then pour 8 ounces of water on 1 teaspoon of tea and brew for 2 to 3 minutes. Enjoy plain or with honey and lemon.
